Our hinges are South African designed and patented and are the only registered twin-pin fully bushed nylon sleeved hinge. Our aluminium hinges are available in three designs ie. Centre knuckle type 1040, Off centre knuckle type 1042, Butt hinge type 1075. Please see our data sheets for technical specifications and finishings.

We have recently added the 2100mm continous sinkless hinge to our range as well.

Our flushbolts consist of six different extrusions which are individually machined to give you a superior product. The screws are cadmium plated and the compression spring is manufactured from stainless steel. You may view our data sheets for technical specifications and finishings.

Our hinges and flushbolts are (P.W.D.) Public Works Department listed for Provincial and Government projects.

We also specialise in small parts anodising in natural , bronze and black.

Our anodising turnaround time is normally a few hours. We offer general fabrication, cutting, mitering,drilling, tapping and welding are all standard services offered on our production runs .
